WIRE (Wirral Independent Recycling Enterprise) is a Social Enterprise, a not-for-profit organisation with charitable aims.  Our objective is to save re-usable unwanted furniture from unnecessarily going to landfill sites and then make it available for the people of Wirral and surrounding areas.

Just because someone gets tired of using the same furniture doesn't mean it hasn't got many years of service left in it.

A simple telephone is all that is needed to arrange collection from any Wirral residence, free of charge, and then we work with referral agencies and advice centres across Wirral to provide individuals and families on low incomes with the items they need to live.

Items are also made available for sale to members of the public from our warehouse, at extremely cheap prices, to help raise the funds necessary to sustain the Social Enterprise.
